Common questions

How fast can you quote a load?+

Same business day — usually within hours. Send the origin, destination, equipment type, and any temperature requirement, and dispatch comes back with a rate and a pickup plan.

Do you handle the cross-border paperwork?+

Yes. ACE and ACI electronic manifests are filed ahead of every U.S. and Canadian crossing, and our procedures follow C-TPAT security initiatives.

What temperature range can you hold?+

Anywhere from −25°C deep-freeze to +40°C heated, held by Thermo King units with added ventilation and circulation.

Do you take partial (LTL) loads?+

Yes — both full truckload and LTL. If you're not sure which fits, describe the shipment and we'll spec the most cost-effective option.
